Red Line Land pay all the fees for any application as we are conﬁdent in our ability to obtain planning permission. We take the initial ﬁnancial risk and only make a proﬁt when the site attains planning permission and is sold.
The size of the land can be between 0.25-25 acres.
Our main land requirement is in the south east and south west of England.
